Microsoft lists the full Office 365 requirements for you here, but in general you need to be using a current operating system that has all associated updates installed and the most recent version of your browser.
Also, if you want to utilize Office 365 with Office ProPlus on your machine and are looking at an Office 365 plan that doesn’t include the ProPlus software, you’ll need to make sure you have Office 2010 or newer installed.
